SUBMIT A REFERRAL

Ionia Reentry LLC accepts referrals from correctional institutions, probation and parole agencies, hospitals, behavioral health providers, treatment programs, shelters, community organizations, and self-referrals.

All referrals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on eligibility, program fit, participant needs, and housing availability.

Participants are expected to have, obtain, or actively work toward a sustainable source of income or approved financial support to meet program fees and housing expenses. Acceptable sources of support may include employment income, SSI, SSDI, veterans' benefits, retirement income, family support, approved third-party funding, or other verifiable financial resources.

Limited financial resources do not automatically disqualify an applicant; however, applicants must demonstrate a willingness to participate in employment, benefits acquisition, financial planning, or other approved stabilization activities.

Submission of a referral or application does not guarantee admission or housing placement. Placement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Ionia Reentry LLC and are subject to program capacity, participant suitability, and housing availability.
